Need somewhere to vent?
You don’t have to arrive with a polished explanation. Sometimes you just need to get the words out before you know what you’re trying to say.
Start with whatever is on your mind. Ramble, repeat yourself, change direction, or contradict yourself. That’s allowed.
What if I don’t know where to start?
Try a sentence like: “I’m frustrated, and I can’t quite explain why. Part of it is what happened today, but I think there’s something else underneath it.” Then keep going.
Turn a ramble into something you can understand
Vent Translator is a free beta from 96×96 Praxis. You can type or talk freely, and the tool helps reconstruct the thread of what you said. You can then correct the interpretation if it misses your point.
It’s a tool for organizing expression, not a substitute for a therapist, crisis service, or emergency support. Before entering personal information, review the beta’s consent information and decide what you’re comfortable sharing.
No perfect prompt required. Start wherever you are.
